    The Computer Center of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Secondary School has the mission to support teaching and learning by providing services to students, school staff, and teaching interns as follows:

    1. Provision of computer lab services
    2. Borrowing materials, equipment, and apparatus
    3. Borrowing software for instructional purposes
    4. Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of computer equipment

    Vision

    The Information Technology Unit of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Secondary School is committed to developing high-performance school's IT systems, serving as an efficient tool for various school operations. We strive to enhance the IT potential and capability of faculty and staff to support teaching, learning, and administration, and to develop the school to be a knowledge hub and a reference source for high quality international standard educational management.

    Mission1.

    • 1. To develop IT systems, including various application programs, to be high-performance tools for efficient operations in various fields
    • 2. To develop and maintain the school’s internal IT systems to ensure stable operation
    • 3. To develop the IT potential and capability of faculty and staff to support teaching and learning at both the secondary and higher education levels
    • 4. To coordinate the information data systems between internal school units and external agencies

     

    Responsibilities

    • Website and social media for Public Relations: Maintaining, updating, and developing the school website, managing social media accounts, and disseminating school news and announcements.
    • Data Management: the database management of student and personnel fingerprint, maintenance of fingerprint scanning system equipment, and preparing school data for submission to the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC).
    • Instructional Support: providing computer and tablet equipment support for teaching and learning.
    • Application and Programs Management: Including programs such as CUDreg and CUDdb.
