    Rules and Regulations of the Physical Fitness Promotion Center

    Physical Fitness Promotion Center provides exercise equipment and promotes healthy activities for teachers, personnel and students.

    Operating hours

    Teachers - personnel          8.30 am. - 5.00 pm.
    Students grade 7-9            11.10 am. - 12.00 pm. and 3.30 pm. - 5.00 pm.
    Students grade 10-12        10-12 12.00 pm. - 12.50 pm. and 3.30 pm. - 5.00 pm.


    Rules and Regulations

    1. Dress appropriately for exercise.
    2. Comply to the suggestion of the personnel.
    3. After dressing appropriately, place your belongings properly.
    4. No food and drink(except water) allowed.
    5. Consciousness of using equipment when people are queuing.
    6. Be extremely careful when using equipment.
    7. Bringing equipment out of the center is stealing or destroying school’s property, those who did will receive disciplinary punishment or legal punishment.
    8. No making loud noises and respecting the dress code.
    9. Taking care of one's belongings; the center will not take responsibility.
    10. Finishing workouts 10 minutes before the closing time for the officer to survey equipment.
    11. Operating hours will be followed by the Chulalongkorn University office hours.
    12. The center will be opened depending on the circumstances of the school’s classes or extra activities.

    1. Big dumbbell set; 1-10 Kg. (10 pairs)
    2. Small dumbbell set; 1-5 Kg. (5 pairs)
    3. 8 weight training stations (mixed exercising machine); brand Power Trainer
    4. Time Works machine (Bicycle-spinning); Time Works Junior model (black color)
    5. Motor treadmill programed movement; brand Marathon, M8621TREADMILL FITNESSAMFI 05066990 model
    6. Motor treadmill programed movement; brand Life Fitness Treadmill, 95Ti S/N ATT11 4573 model which manufactured from the United States of America
    7. Treadmill; brand Johnson, T7000 Pro model (2 of them)
    8. 2 elliptical machines; brand Life Fitness
    9. Strength machine; brand Smith Machine (supporting leg, calf, hip and body)
    10. Fitness Rider; brand U.S.GYM, F-RDSA-CGD model
    11. Upright bike; brand VISION, U-E20-F (2 of them)
    12. Stretching pads
    13. Hula-hoop

    Users’ Responsibilities

    1. Taking care of equipment for the longevity of their usage.
    2. Users must check the condition of equipment before borrowing them outside of the center and must take full responsibility if damages occur or are lost.
    3. Users must return equipment on time.


    Punishments for those who breach the Rules and Regulations

    1. Warning
    2. Reporting to the center’s officer
    3. Reporting to the school’s administration
