The Faculty of Education's policy encourages Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Secondary School to become the operating facility of education practice experience or the place for pre-service teachers to demonstrate as full-time teachers before they graduate. The school is set as a professional experience center under the academic department and its main purpose is to cooperate the working experience for the Faculty of Education students of Chulalongkorn University and others both the in-field experience and by lecturing at each institutes in secondary school method for each major classes to raise the standard level of teacher profession. The center focuses on critical and imaginative thinking systems are main parts to infuse the progression academically, including; preparing, operating and evaluating classes. Moreover, the center is responsible for administrative work, school’s activities, and also observation of the classes where pre-service teachers are involved for their working experience. The center’s job is to prepare the readiness of those pre-service teachers by providing supervision, evaluation and following-up their work to maximize them critically and imaginatively along with “Morality and Knowledge.” And last but not least, advising them on their research projects.
